　　英语中表示“说话”的词有很多，如tell, talk, say等。

　　和外国人聊天时，偶尔会犹豫哪个词的表达最合适?今天就来看下，这几个“说”的区别和具体用法吧!

　　Talk

　　释义：

　　talk 一般用来表达少数人之间的非正式谈话。

　　用法：

　　talk with sb. about sth.

　　例如：

　　But you are not ready to talk with him, because you are not confident about your foreign language.

　　但是你还没准备好与他交谈，因为你对自己的外语能力没有自信。

　　Tell

　　释义：

　　tell 通常用来表述某人告诉特定的人一些事，带有“命令，吩咐”的意思。

　　用法：

　　tell sb. sth.

　　tell sb. to do sth.

　　例如：

　　It was honest of him to tell me the truth.

　　他很坦白跟我说了实话。

　　此外，tell 还可以表达“辨别，明白”的意思。

　　tell from/apart ...

　　In this programme, we'll tell the story on just why Africans, Europeans and Asians are so easy to tell apart.

　　在本期节目中，我们讲述的故事是关于辨别非洲人、欧洲人和亚洲人轻而易举的原因。

　　Say

　　释义：

　　say 注重说话的内容，常被用来复述说别人说过的话。

　　用法：

　　say sth./that ...

　　例如：

　　Pilots say it should be up to them to decide how much fuel their planes have.

　　飞行员说，这应该由他们决定他们的飞机需要多少的燃料。

　　Speak

　　释义：

　　speak 强调发出说话的动作，常用于一个人和一群人讲话，倾向于在正式场合中使用，后面也可以直接加语言。

　　用法：

　　speak English/Chinese.

　　speak to sb.

　　speak with sb. on sth.

　　例如：

　　Finally, however, Miss Glover decided to speak with him on the subject that distressed her.

　　不过，格洛弗小姐终于决定和他谈谈这个搅得她心神不宁的问题。
