　　I think it is right to fire her, though she is now good at the job. Her fake diploma does help her, but it also does harm to others. It is unfair for others to compete in the job hunting. So I think honesty should come first. Nowadays, more and more students tend to cheat in exams. I think it is a serious problem. Though you can get higher marks and be praised by others, you should clearly realize that it does harm to others and even yourself. The fame is temporary and you won’t get real knowledge.

　　In a word, we should be honest and honesty must come first.

　　Personally, I am in favor of the company’s decision on firing the woman. Abilities are not always the most important, though one’s personality of being honest is what really matters. If the woman was no laid off, no one could guarantee that she wouldn’t go against honesty any more.

　　I’m writing to tell you about your discussion on setting off fireworks. We discussed the advantages and disadvantages of setting off fireworks during the festivals, especially the Spring Festival. 25 girls and 25 boys participated in the discussion. As a result, 50% of them believe that setting off fireworks certainly adds pleasure and joy to the festival, therefore, it is a wonderful tradition. And at the same time, we must protect our traditional holidays. But another 40% of the students think that setting off fireworks causes air and noise pollution, and what’s more, it sometimes causes terrible accidents to us and to our property. The other 10% have never thought about it or don’t care a bit.

　　In my opinion, setting off fireworks should be limited to certain areas and time.

　　I don’t like setting off fireworks at random at any time and any places, because it’s noisy and dangerous to kids. I think the best way is the government or some related organization setting off fireworks at certain place at certain time, not inorganizedly setting off fireworks by individual person or family.

　　Thus it can avoid the above disadvantages.

　　We are going to take the College Entrance Exam in less than one year. However, many students still don’t know how to coordinate their study, rest and physical exercise when preparing for the Exams. They usually devote too much time to their study, which results in poor health and low efficiency of learning.

　　As the proverb goes, early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. We’d better leave ourselves enough time to sleep since it enables us to learn our lessons more efficiently.
